Overview
This Agreement sets out your rights and obligations, and those of John Barrett (J C Barrett Photographic) ( "John Barrett (J C Barrett Photographic)", "we", "us" or "our"), in relation to this web-site (the "Site"), and the material of all types that you gain access to on and through the Site ("Content").

Arbitration and Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes arising here from shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
If these Terms and Conditions are not accepted in full, you do not have permission to access the contents of this website and therefore should cease using this website immediately.
